WGK: Wing-Assisted Guidance Kit Electronics
The Wing-Assisted Guidance Kit (WGK) can convert existing unguided 1000 lb MK83 and 500 lb MK82 general-purpose bombs into air-to-ground long-range smart munitions. The kit provides precision strike capability from distances in excess of 100 km in all weather conditions. The Tail Unit and Front sub-component of the Guidance Electronics Unit of WGKs are designed by TÜBİTAK SAGE and produced and delivered by SDT.
