SDT develops data link solutions for such tasks as the transfer of simulation data between combat aircraft, sharing intraflight data etc., that require point-to-point or broadcast data transfer, and integrates these products into the platforms of both the Turkish Armed Forces and friendly and allied nations.
Currently, data link systems are used on such platforms as the F-4 and F-16 of TAF, and the KF-21 new-generation combat aircraft of South Korea.
Features
The developed data link products feature relay capabilities and can transmit data at high speeds in different bands (S-Band, L-Band), while providing for multiple accesses through a TDMA Structure, and complying with EMI/EMC and Environmental Conditions requirements.
The aforementioned data link system has been used in the KF-21 Programme (5th generation fighter aircraft) of the Republic of Korea Air Force (ROKAF), and the (F -16 Combat Training Pod) ACMI Programme of TurAF.
