PGK: Precision Guidance Kit Electronics
The Global Positioning System and Inertial Navigation-based guidance system of the Precision Guidance Kit (PGK) converts existing 500 lb Mk-82, 1000 lb Mk-83 and 2000lb Mk-84 general purpose bombs into air-to-ground weapons with smart and precise strike capabilities. The Tail Unit and Front sub-component of the Guidance Electronics Unit of PGKs are designed by TÜBİTAK SAGE and produced by SDT.
